Please review carefully these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using the services offered by Hatching ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Hatching and you, which regulates your use of the Hatching mobile application ("App") and related services, including all information, text, graphics, software, and our communications (the "Content"). The App, Content and our services are collectively called the "Services".

This is a subscription service that automatically renews. We also provide information about our subscription plans at or near the point of purchase. Please read these Terms (in particular, Section 7 "Payments and Refunds") carefully before starting a free trial or completing a purchase for the App auto-renewing subscription services. To avoid being charged you must cancel your subscription or trial at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period. If you are unsure how to cancel a subscription or free trial, please visit Apple Support or contact us directly. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscriptions or free trials.

  • Free 7-day trial available for new users on all plans

Payment Processing

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiration

Free Trial Terms

You and Hatching agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except as provided below.

Exceptions to Arbitration

The following disputes are not subject to arbitration:

  • Disputes that qualify for small claims court

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Disputes seeking injunctive relief for violations of intellectual property rights

Arbitration Procedures

Geographic Considerations

Subscription Reminder: This is a subscription service with automatic renewal. Free trial users will be charged unless they cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
